SVGLane Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for safe, lawful, and responsible use of SVGLane and its AI-assisted features.
Last updated: 2026-07-02
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed when using SVGLane, including the website, workspace, editor, AI-assisted features, export tools, Cloud Sync, and billing flows.
It is part of our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this policy and the Terms, the stricter rule applies.
2. General Rules
You may not use SVGLane to create, upload, process, generate, export, store, or distribute content or activity that:
- violates applicable law or regulations;
- infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- is deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or harmful;
- contains malware, exploit code, phishing material, or other malicious payloads;
- attempts to bypass plan, credit, rate, security, moderation, or usage limits;
- disrupts the service, other users, providers, or infrastructure.
3. AI-Generated Content Rules
AI generation and AI-assisted editing must not be used to create or transform content involving:
- sexual content, nudity, or NSFW material;
- child sexual abuse material or sexualized depictions of minors;
- hateful, harassing, extremist, or discriminatory content;
- graphic violence, threats, self-harm instructions, or encouragement of harm;
- illegal activity, weapons instructions, fraud, phishing, impersonation, or evasion;
- malware, exploit instructions, credential theft, or abuse automation;
- unauthorized use of third-party trademarks, copyrighted assets, or brand identities.
You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the outputs you use. AI output should be reviewed before use in production, commercial materials, repositories, or design systems.
4. Moderation
Before a prompt is sent to the AI generation model, SVGLane may submit the prompt to a third-party moderation provider.
If a request is flagged, denied, unavailable, or cannot be safely reviewed, SVGLane may block the request, return an error, or ask you to revise the prompt. We may also apply rate limits, queues, or additional checks to protect users and providers.
5. Enforcement
If we believe this policy has been violated, we may:
- refuse or block a request;
- remove access to specific features;
- limit, suspend, or terminate an account;
- preserve records needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution;
- report activity when required by law.
