SVGLane Refund Policy

Refund, cancellation, and chargeback rules for SVGLane purchases processed by our payment provider.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of SVGLane subscriptions and AI credit add-ons processed through our Merchant of Record or payment processor.

It forms part of the SVGLane Terms of Service. If local consumer law, payment provider rules, card network rules, or the Terms require a different outcome, those rules may apply.

2. EU Consumer Withdrawal Rights

If you are an EU consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.

SVGLane provides digital services and digital content that may begin immediately after purchase, including Pro access, SVG export features, AI processing, Cloud Sync, design-token workflows, and AI credits. Where permitted by law, your withdrawal right may be limited once immediate performance begins with your consent or once digital credits are consumed.

If you believe a statutory withdrawal right applies, contact support@svglane.com within 14 days of purchase. We will review the request under applicable law and the payment provider's process.

3. Pro Subscription Refunds

New Pro subscribers may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the initial Pro purchase.

We may approve a full or partial refund when the account has not materially used paid features during that period. Examples of material use may include heavy AI credit consumption, repeated high-volume batch processing, Cloud Sync usage, or substantial export activity.

This goodwill refund window applies only to the first Pro subscription purchase for a customer. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law, payment provider rules, card network rules, or a separate written offer.

4. AI Top-up Credits

AI Top-up packs are consumable digital credits. Once delivered or consumed, they are generally non-refundable.

If you believe an AI Top-up purchase was accidental, duplicated, or incorrectly charged, contact support@svglane.com as soon as possible. We may issue a refund or account adjustment at our discretion, where permitted by law and the payment provider's process.

5. Community Plan

The Community plan is free, so there is no paid amount to refund.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel Pro auto-renewal from /settings/billing. Depending on the payment flow, you may also manage billing through links in your payment receipt or customer portal.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund the current billing period. Unless otherwise stated, you keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period.

7. Discretionary Refunds

We may issue full or partial refunds at our discretion, including for:

  • duplicate or accidental charges;
  • documented service outages that prevented meaningful use;
  • material misrepresentation of features on svglane.com;
  • billing or entitlement errors;
  • cases required by law, payment provider rules, or card network rules.

Our payment provider may also process refunds, disputes, or chargebacks according to its own procedures, applicable law, and payment network requirements.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email support@svglane.com with:

  • your SVGLane account email;
  • your order ID, invoice ID, or payment provider customer reference from the receipt;
  • the purchase date;
  • the reason for the refund request.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by our payment provider and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your payment method and bank.

9. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, contact us first at support@svglane.com. We can usually resolve billing issues faster than a chargeback.

Starting a chargeback may cause temporary account limitations while we investigate. Repeated, abusive, or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination where permitted by law.
